These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Octopus Agent application and services. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Octopus Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.
Octopus Agent is a utility application that manages OAuth authentication for the account owner's Google services. It maintains authenticated sessions by refreshing access tokens as needed.
The application is intended for use by the account owner to manage their own Google account authentication. You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the application or your account.
All content, code, and materials associated with Octopus Agent are owned by the application developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octopus Agent and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the application.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the application after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
